*Cyclone “Michaung” pronounced as “Migjaum” is further likely to move northward and maintain intensity for a while. It is nearing to landfall by moving in parallel of TN-AP coast. It may cross Andhra Pradesh coast near Chirala as a significant Tropical Cyclone (105-115kph) between tonight and tomorrow morning. While north Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh coast may be significantly affected.

*Then, Land interaction and evolving unfavorable environment may lead to rapid weakening over the rugged terrain of Andhra Pradesh.
